Art director Antonio Alcalá, based in Alexandria, VA, oversaw the project, while the design and typography were executed by Polygraph, a design firm located in Washington, DC.

The Patriotic Spiral Forever stamp holds the value of the current First-Class Mail 1-ounce price. As a Forever stamp, it will retain its value even if postage rates change in the future. This allows customers to use the stamp at any time without worrying about additional postage costs.
